Payment Terms

1. Upfront Payment for All Packages

   • Full payment is required upfront for all packages. This secures my time and ensures dedicated focus on your project. For regional, interstate, or international clients, travel expenses are also payable upfront.

2. For Custom Projects (Longer or Ongoing)

   • A 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining balance payable prior to project completion. For larger projects, we can set up milestone-based payment schedules.

3. Travel Expenses

   • For regional, interstate, and international clients, all travel expenses (business class airfares, 4* accommodation, and meals) will be covered by the client. These costs will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before any engagement.

4. Retainer Services

   • Monthly retainer fees are due at the start of each month for ongoing access to consulting services.
